John Willis - President & CEO
 John Willis is President and CEO of Eclipse Solutions, Inc. He is responsible for the management and overall leadership of Eclipse. John believes people are the critical asset in successful projects and focuses on providing the very best project team, built on experience, relevant to each project Eclipse undertakes. He promotes a practical approach to project management leveraging best practices and industry standards aligned with each customer's project requirements. John is the author of many information technology articles and a software development book for large-scale transaction processing systems. John's career includes management positions in various industries and over 18 years information technology experience. He has been a member of the Project Management Institute and the IEEE for several years.
Matt Brazier - CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
 Matt Brazier is the Chief Operating Officer for Eclipse with responsibility for all of Eclipse’s consulting services. Matt's 25+ years IT experience has spanned both IT systems design and development and data center / infrastructure management. Matt has been a key contributor to many large IT projects including developing and deploying systems in support of multi-state federal government contracts and providing specialized technical assessment consulting services to the state of California. Under Matt's direction, the Consulting Services Teams within Eclipse provide a broad spectrum of IT capabilities ranging from Enterprise Architecture Design and Implementation to Independent Verification and Validation Assessments, Independent Project Oversight, Project Management, Quality Assurance and Testing, Feasibility Studies, Legacy Application Modernization Strategies, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning, Infrastructure and Application Security Assessments.
Lori Duff - Vice President, Human Resources & Administration
 Lori Duff is the Vice President of Human Resources and Administration. Since joining Eclipse in 1998 Lori has implemented many of Eclipse's employee benefit programs, including our group health plan, 401k plan, flexible spending plan and many more. In line with Eclipse's culture, Lori and her HR and Admin. Team provide flexible and customer service oriented employee support. Lori has 26 years experience of human resource and office management. Lori has extensive experience of working in businesses environments that are experiencing rapid growth and understands the importance of establishing procedures and policy to assist employees in both their work and home lives.
Del Luttges - EXECUTIVE Vice President
As Vice President, Business Strategy and Internal Quality, Del Luttges
 is responsible for helping establish the company's long-term direction and ensuring current activities are consistent with that direction. His over 40 years of technology experience ranges from very technical operating systems development to developing and managing organizations with operating budgets in the hundreds of millions. Along with his broad and varied information technology experience, he provides Eclipse's clients an in-depth understanding of local, state and federal government policies and procedures, based on his extensive public sector career.
Paul baldwin - Vice President & CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Paul Baldwin is Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Paul is a senior manager and certified accountant and is responsibility for the sound financial management of Eclipse. Paul has extensive experience in the IT consulting industry having, worked for several large IT consulting companies. Although Paul officially became Eclipse’s CFO in June of 2005, he has worked strategically with Eclipse since the inception of the company in 1996 providing independent financial management and audit services.
