I coined the phrase "Built on Experience™" to emphasis and recognize the critical nature of assigning consultants with the right breadth and depth of experience for each information technology project. Your information technology project is as strong as its weakest link - errors in design, coding or implementation, for example, may introduce significant delay or lead to project failure. At best, rework will incur additional cost that can be substantial. Eclipse assigns consultants with the right experience to guard against such errors, to help build a quality product and to guide each project to a successful conclusion.
