Our staff at Eclipse is dedicated to helping our employees in whatever needs they have to make their workplace a fun and relaxing place to come to each day. In the office, Monday through Friday 8am-5pm, our staff is here to help. Lori Duff manages all of Eclipse's administrative and human resource related functions, working to maximize the support to our staff and the quality of our benefits.
Eclipse is happy to offer a choice in our Group Health Plan Coverage through Blue Cross of California. Employees have the choice of the HMO Signature Value Plan or the PPO Signature Options Plan. These options allow for our employees to gear their health plan needs to their lifestyle, for themselves and their families. To keep us smiling beautifully, Eclipse offers group dental coverage through Premier Access Dental for our employees and their dependants.
To save for those golden years, Eclipse offers an employee-monitored 401K plan. The fund choices are with the American Funds Group. The selected deduction is taken out pre-taxed on each payroll.
A Flexible Spending Account (FSA) is also offered to offset some of the "out-of-pocket" medical, dental, or childcare expenses. These deductions are pre-taxed and deducted from the bi-weekly payroll, up to the maximum amount selected by the employee!
Employees can select from the offered Voluntary Employee Benefit programs such as additional Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability and Life insurance policy as well as an Accident policy and Cancer policies.
Understanding the need for personal time with friends and families, Eclipse offers a benefit package which includes the 13 observed Holidays as well as 17 Paid Time Off days (PTO). Company sponsored events throughout the year give all of the Eclipse employees and staff a chance to meet and enjoy some fun, fare and festivities!
