Eclipse has been providing consulting services to Child Support Enforcement Projects in California since 1998. We have a history of being customer service oriented and providing excellent service to the state and counties. Eclipse has provided program expertise, project management, helpdesk, testing, training, maintenance and operations, and system administration support to 23 California counties. We are currently providing operations, system administration, helpdesk, QA/testing, and training for 10 California Counties. We have received recognition from all our customer counties and the State for our top quality customer service and ability to assist counties with all aspects of their business.
Eclipse has partnered with California's Department of Child Support Services and County Consortia in support of the KIDZ Child Support Consortia Operations, Federal Case Registry, Consortia Project Leadership, and PRISM Project Office.
